Halloween Accessories Crafting: Dark Arts Wreath and Crown Creation Workshop

Join our resident craftmistress, Artist and Educator, Daniella D., for this fun October crafternoon. Create a Dark Arts Wreath, or a Halloween Headpiece or Brooch that you can show off in the Halloween Parade - or as part of your own spooky, seasonal decor! If you'd prefer the Pagan experience, craft a Samhain crown or something more ethereal and spiritually oriented for All Soul's Day. We've got all your bases covered! You will be working alongside other local creative people in the enchanting Hekate environment.

You'll meet other community members that you can plan to march in the Halloween Parade with, as we plan our outfits! We are creative spirits and some spirited creatives.

Pick a wreath base or crown base from us, and choose from our array of accoutrements, such as: elegant dark florals and feathers, seasonal whimsy, skeletons and skulls, and embellishments. Glue gun stations and other adhesive
innovations provided.

We have it all, and we want you to indulge your whimsy and ideas.

Feel free to bring your own crafty supplies if there's anything specific you'd like to add to your wreath or crown. Daniella is happy to provide costuming tips and consultations during this workshop. She loves to share ideas and inspire! She has also won several Halloween costume contests over the years.

Enjoy an alcohol free elixir or coffee concoction while you relax amongst art and bask in good witch vibes!

Daniella D. has years of experience as an artist, educator, and purveyor of offbeat art events. She holds a BA of Fine Arts in Drawing, Painting, Sculpture and Art Restoration. Daniella has taught art and history, as a Museum Educator and Guide, for over 10 years in NYC. Her own creations include her original house blessing shrines, and other unusual art, with a punk and folk art aesthetic. She teaches one monthly workshop class at Hekate, which features an art, craft, or costume class for all levels of creative types, or for those who want to incorporate more creativity into their lives. Her art events are posted at @artinlittleitaly on FB and Instagram.

$25 covers all materials and friendly instruction.
(Feel free to bring a base to work on that is different from a wreath or crown)
