Pinky has been crafting unique costume headpieces since 2005 and is excited to help you create one for yourself. There will be lots of crafting supplies to choose from and tips and tricks from her many years of experience. Prepare a sea worthy mermaid headpiece or sailor chapeau to wear in the parade! Bring something you want to BLING! Do you have one of those hats that HAS to have rhinestones on it? Pinky will help you create a masterpiece!
