Prepare a sea worthy mermaid headpiece with Pinky in preparation for the Mermaid Parade. Pinky has been crafting unique costume headpieces since 2005 and is excited to help you create one for yourself. There will be lots of crafting supplies to choose from and tips and tricks from her many years of experience. The cost of this workshop is $30, which includes all the supplies necessary to create a finished headpiece!
