How Was Your Dry July?

We didn’t notice much of an uptick, as we had with Sober October and Dry January, so maybe July wasn’t as much of a thing? Or maybe people are just out of town? Last night we were at a wonderful fundraiser for God’s Love We Deliver at the home of Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka, where an amazing menu of alcohol free beverages was offered.

We spotted Nathan Lane and chatted up old acquaintance Patrick McMullan but were disappointed that Murray Hill didn’t make an appearance and there wasn’t a drag queen in sight! Still, it was a lovely evening! And we wondered if perhaps the Valentine’s Day visit was had from the celeb couple had been recon for the party, as they’d had loads of questions.

We’ve received more great press, appearing in Wine Enthusiast and hosting a shoot for Bravo’s Summer House sober star Carl Radke and his fiancee Lindsay Hubbard. We’ll be online in NatGeo soon, too! Come by for a visit and see what all the excitement is about! Well, it really isn’t all that exciting. JUST a comfortable atmosphere for those who prefer a 100% alcohol free experience! Enjoy the rest of your Summer, everyone!

Update: Additional Press Links

Dry January may be over but we’re still being featured in some great articles! Here’s an exhaustive listing, with new press added to the previous list. If you haven’t been by to visit us, why not? We’re “weird and witchy!”

Coming In Like a Lion?

It seems like the weather — everywhere — has been pretty bizarre. Snow in LA, floods and tornadoes and blizzards, oh my! In NYC, we finally got our first snow and it was a very brief interlude. Now we’re headlong into March, the Vernal Equinox, and excited about Spring! We’re still getting great press, helping new visitors celebrate their soberversaries, sampling new products and booking exciting events. We’ve got some super fun stuff happening in the Summer, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves! For now, we’re happy to have longer days, emerging daffodils, warmer temperatures, and a thriving community! Thanks to all of YOU! So Happy March!
